Yes! I find that cooking new foods can be quite an adventure.  You never know what tantalizing results you can get from the millions recipes that you must narrow down from the internet world.  There are definitely hits and misses but so far the experiences have been wonderfully rewarding. Currently, I am loving those traditional chinese delicacies;  dumplings and bao tse being among them. 
Last night I made wonton soup and pork bao tse.  I perfected the bao tse this time around while the wonton soup was just okay. Homemade bao tse buns are the best...fresh and hot straight from the wok...
