Finding Emotional Healings In Nature and Moments of Solitude

We spend the majority of our time doing things that mean very little to us because it meets certain basic needs.  Being held at the office until the sun's about to set day by day puts a strain on our mind and dull our sense of character.  Routine can drive a person bonkers.

Sometimes the mundane irritations of life, when accumulated, can be overwhelming.  I find myself  overstressed, overworked...understimulated, undersatisfied.  Adventures and trips, whether big or small, allow me to find myself again.  Some moments of being alone and away from the bombarding of so many things keeps me feeling serene and at ease..
